Job Description

As a Data Compliance Officer Level 2, you will be responsible for ensuring that Notting Hill Genesis complies with all data protection regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with our data management team to assess and mitigate risks related to data privacy and security. Your main duties will include:

- Conducting regular audits of data processes and systems to identify potential compliance issues

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure data protection compliance

- Collaborating with internal teams to provide guidance on data privacy best practices

- Investigating and resolving data breaches in a timely manner

- Keeping up-to-date with changes in data protection laws and regulations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in data compliance or a similar role

- Certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) is preferred
