Notting Hill Genesis is a leading housing association in London, dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for individuals and families in need. As a Former Tenant Arrears Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping us recover outstanding rent arrears from former tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Contacting former tenants with outstanding arrears to negotiate repayment plans
- Monitoring and tracking arrears, ensuring timely payments
- Providing support and advice to tenants facing financial difficulties
- Liaising with external agencies and legal teams when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and actions taken

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of debt collection processes and regulations.
