Hourly Rate: £23.07 per hour

Job Description

As a Property Manager Level 3, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties within our organization. You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards of quality.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance work, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for overseeing budgets, monitoring property performance, and implementing strategies to improve property efficiency.

This is a temporary role, but it offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in property management and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Requirements

A relevant qualification in property management or a related field is desirable, as well as experience working in a similar role. You should also have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel between properties.
