As a Housing Officer - General Needs (Level 2), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our general needs housing services. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of properties, conducting property inspections, and providing support to tenants in need. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in handling tenancy-related matters efficiently and effectively.
