As a Housing Officer - General Needs (Level 3) at Notting Hill Genesis, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of general needs properties within our housing portfolio. Your primary role will be to provide support and assistance to tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are living in safe and secure environments.

You will be expected to conduct regular property inspections, handle tenancy issues, and liaise with external agencies to provide additional support to residents as needed. In addition, you will be responsible for managing arrears, carrying out re-lettings, and processing tenancy terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
