About the Role:

As a Property Manager Level 2 at Notting Hill Genesis, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of residential properties within our portfolio. This is a temporary position that requires a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will work closely with tenants, maintenance staff, and external vendors to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that tenant needs are met in a timely manner.

You will be required to conduct regular property inspections, address tenant concerns and complaints, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of property maintenance, tenant communications, and financial transactions related to property management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues

- Respond to tenant concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with internal staff and external vendors

- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance and financial transactions

- Communicate effectively with tenants, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Knowledge of property management software is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
