Notting Hill Genesis is currently seeking a Temporary Supported Housing Officer to join our team in Harlow, Essex. As a Supported Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals living in our supported housing schemes.

Located in South East England, our Orchard Lane property is a vibrant and welcoming community where residents receive the support they need to live independently and thrive. As a Supported Housing Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, as well as promoting a positive living environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role within the housing sector is desirable, but not essential.

Key responsibilities of the Supported Housing Officer include conducting regular welfare checks, providing advice and guidance to residents, liaising with external agencies, and responding to emergencies as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.
