About the Role

As a Supported Housing Assistant at Notting Hill Genesis, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to individuals living in our supported housing accommodations. This position is temporary, with a start date of 08/09/2026 and an end date of 06/09/2027.

Responsibilities

As a Supported Housing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans

- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care

- Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any concerns to the appropriate team members

- Supporting residents in accessing community resources and services
