About the Role

As a Complaints Investigator at Notting Hill Genesis, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and conducting thorough investigations to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that every complaint is addressed promptly and effectively.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate customer complaints and gather relevant information

- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide updates on the resolution process

- Collaborate with internal departments to address root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions

- Maintain accurate records of complaint investigations and outcomes

- Identify trends and patterns in complaints to prevent future issues

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in complaints handling or customer service role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of housing regulations and industry standards (preferred)
