As a Complaints Investigator, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise promptly and effectively.

About the Role

As a Temporary Complaints Investigator, your main responsibility will be to investigate complaints from residents regarding our housing services. You will be tasked with gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and analyzing data to determine the root cause of the complaint. You will work closely with residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders to resolve complaints in a fair and transparent manner. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be essential in building trust and maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate complaints in a timely and thorough manner - Gather evidence and interview relevant parties - Analyze data and identify root causes - Liaise with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders to resolve complaints - Provide regular updates on the progress of investigations - Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions

Requirements

- Previous experience in complaints investigation or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Working Hours and Salary

This temporary position as a Complaints Investigator will run from 27/04/2026 to 30/06/2026, with working hours from 09:00:00 to 17:00:00. You will receive a competitive salary of £23.07 per hour.
