We are hiring a Building Manager - Level 2

Are you interested in a temporary position as a Building Manager - Level 2? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team from 17/06/2026 to 13/09/2026. This role will require you to work from 09:00:00 to 09:00:00, and you will be compensated at a rate of £21.59 per hour.

About the Role

As a Building Manager - Level 2 at Notting Hill Genesis, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our properties. Your duties will include managing maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that the building is well-maintained and secure. You will also be responsible for overseeing a team of staff members and ensuring that they are meeting the highest standards of customer service.

In this role, you will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and respond to emergencies promptly. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

To be successful as a Building Manager - Level 2, you must have previous experience in property management or a related field. A background in facilities management or building maintenance is highly desirable. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You must also have a good understanding of health and safety regulations and be able to ensure compliance at all times. A valid driver's license may be required for this position.
