Your main duties will include conducting thorough inspections, identifying repair needs, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards. You will also be required to liaise with contractors, tenants, and other team members to coordinate repairs efficiently. This temporary position is available from 23/03/2026 to 14/06/2026, with working hours from 09:00:00 to 17:00:00. The hourly rate for this role is £25.27per hour.
