Job Description: Repair Inspector - Level 2

As a Repair Inspector - Level 2, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of properties to assess and identify repair needs. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

This temporary position is available from 23/03/2026 to 14/06/2026, with working hours from 09:00:00 to 09:00:00. The pay rate for this role is £25.27 per hour.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Conducting thorough inspections of properties to identify repair needs

- Documenting and reporting findings accurately

- Coordinating with maintenance team to prioritize and schedule repairs

- Ensuring that all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner

- Providing regular updates on repair progress to relevant stakeholders

To excel in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of property maintenance procedures. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, as well as a solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
