Job Title: Property Manager Level 2 Job Summary

We are currently seeking a talented Property Manager Level 2 to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will start on 22/06/2026 and end on 13/09/2026. The working hours are from 09:00:00 to 09:00:00, with a competitive hourly rate of £21.59.

Job Description

As a Property Manager Level 2, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet all regulatory standards. You will work closely with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues that arise and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance work with external contractors and suppliers.

- Responding to resident complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Managing budgets and expenses related to property maintenance and repairs.

- Developing and implementing property management policies and procedures.

- Collaborating with colleagues to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
