We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Repairs Officer (Level 2) to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Repairs Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the repair and maintenance of our properties to ensure that they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Your main duties will include:

1. Responding to repair requests from tenants and scheduling appointments with contractors

2. Inspecting properties to assess the extent of repairs needed

3. Monitoring and tracking repair progress to ensure timely completion

4. Liaising with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and arrange necessary repairs

5. Updating maintenance records and databases accurately

As a Repairs Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of safety and comfort for our residents. You will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
