£18.76 per hour

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Supported Housing Officer to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis in Harlow. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our residents.

As a Supported Housing Officer, you will be responsible for providing essential support and guidance to individuals living in our supported housing accommodation. Your main duties will include assessing the needs of residents, developing support plans, and working collaboratively with external agencies to ensure the wellbeing of those in your care.

Additionally, you will be expected to carry out regular welfare checks, liaise with relevant stakeholders, and promote a safe and inclusive environment within the supported housing scheme.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable individuals. Previous experience in social care or a similar field is desirable, as is a relevant qualification in health and social care.
