Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer - General Needs (Level 2) to join our team in London. In this temporary role, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families find suitable housing solutions to meet their needs.

As a Housing Officer, your responsibilities will include conducting assessments of housing needs, liaising with external agencies to provide support services, and managing a caseload of clients to ensure they receive the necessary assistance.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in housing management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
